Detox Part 1

This week I am speaking on the topic of detoxification. I am aware that there are many considerations that go into choosing a good detox plan, if you choose to explore this option.

I recommend getting professional advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner regarding any detox plan and suggest you take into consideration all of your personal health challenges and goals. You want to respect your own body’s strengths and limitations when going through a detox process.

So I made this video for you to give you some general guidelines when preparing for a detox process. Watch it today and consider some form of detoxification, even if it is very mild or involves some small changes in your diet.
