Detoxification Part 2
For this weeks focus, I am continuing to speak on the topic of Detoxification. I decided to expand on the first video I made on this topic because of questions my patients have been bringing to my office.
Here are the most common questions I have been getting; “is detoxification right for me?” “how do I get started?” and “what is most important to consider?”.
Now, in this video I talk more about the specifics you should consider with any detoxification program you choose to work with.
But I want to emphasize the importance of mindset. You must consider why you are considering taking a break from your usual dietary habits. Your goals will largely direct how and when you do your detox program and these goals will keep you motivated.Motivation and intention are key to your success. Put some time into considering these aspects for yourself.
