Sleep
This week I want to speak with you about the need for sleep. We all need a good 7-8 hours a night. But you know how it is, most of us don’t get close to that each night. And if you are like me you have too many things to do to think of going to bed early. But I remind myself and I am here to remind you that we have to get our sleep. If we don’t our health will suffer. Lack of sleep affects many, many areas of our health.
