Creating Your Personal Wellness Plan, Part 1

I decided to create something for you. You know- when you go to the Doctor for your annual or wellness exam there are a lot of questions about how you are doing. Usually they are basic questions that are answered in a 10-15 minute period. And there is no time for us to actually go through the steps of what kind of personal plan you can do for yourself. So I have created this 3 video series to help you create YOUR OWN wellness plan. It is simple, basic and something you create, not a medical formula or prescription. I am just offering a guide for you to work with that incorporates what I think are important factors and areas to consider.

Here is what I want you to do. Watch the video. Then, right below the video is a link where you can download my worksheet which has all the exercises written out -this will make it easier for you.

So, get your journal, print out the worksheet below and get started creating your own wellness plan!
