Creating Your Personal Wellness Plan, Part 2

In this video I have outlined the steps you now need to take to make your intentions a reality. Don’t underestimate the simplicity of this- it will work for you if you put it into practice.

In Part 1 I shared with you how to get clear about your goals and figure out what you want to do for your body and your life.

In this video I show you how to use what you already have and make small, consistent changes. This is really the key to reaching any goal- set a simple, specific goal, do one task each day toward that goal and be committed to what you want for your life.
