This is our last video in this video series about creating your own wellness plan. Now this video is really about creating a strategy to reach your goals. You will need to make a commitment and draw upon the support of others to get where you want to go.

Remember, personal wellness has to do with your lifestyle and developing good habits that will sustain optimal health for you. This is different for each person and you must decide what it is you really need for your health and well-being in this moment. And visualizing your future goal is important as well.
