Whole and Organic Foods

This week I talk about “Whole Foods” and how they differ from “Organic”. When considering what to shop for and eat it is important to understand these concepts. You will notice that Whole Foods is quite popular now and I recommend them for your diet. But it is important to understand what these foods are.

And, it is important to understand the use of Organic and why you might consider paying more for those “organic” strawberries or blueberries. Why? Well, if they are Organic- it means they are grown in a particular way.
